PAYMENT METHOD

of the procurement process:

1 After choosing the PACK, a provision of funds (3,000 euros) must be paid as a reserve, which will be deducted from the payment of the last instalment.

2 When approving the turnkey budget, the following must be in place:

a. Purchasing of the plot of land + TAV + notary public
b. Down payment to the constructor: 20,000 + TAV

which subsequently will be deducted from the total price of the house.

3 During construction, the purchaser and the seller shall agree on the time and amount of the following instalments until completion of construction:

a. When starting the foundations                    % + IVA
b. When ordering the material                         % + IVA
c. When erecting the truss structure               % + IVA
d. When waterproofing the roof                       % + IVA
e. When fitting the windows                            % + IVA
f.  When starting installations                          % + IVA

4 Once the construction has been completed, any remaining amount will be paid at the signing of the public deed.
