House structure through a 25 m YTONG BLOCK with interior wall cladding:

The upper termination of the house will be materialised through the configuration of a FLAT ROOF WITH TRUSSES

SATE EXTERIOR FINISH

Executed using ACRYLIC MORTAR (responsible for the rough finish of the surface).

Installation on slab base depending on the project, with provision for connections and drains.

Ground floor: Caviti insulation with 4 cm extruded polystyrene panels, in order to close  thermal bridges, with application of a subsequent compression layer of mortar. 

It will be finished with AC4 laminated parquet flooring.

PVC carpentry with thermal bridge break and interior reinforcement.

Till and turn windows, with double glazing. The thickness of the glass follows the sequence (4/16/4 mm).

1.- Windows with manual blinds: width 120-140 cm. - height 118 cm

2.- Picture windows: height 218 cm without blinds

Interior doors with monobloc solution made of MDF, semi-matt composition, smooth white colour.

The interior dividing elements are defined by the following configuration:

• 48 mm plasterboard grid
• Mineral insulation (WOOLROCK) 50 mm
• Laminated gypsum board 15 mm

The interior cladding will be executed by means of gypsum plastering, accompanied by the relevant coat of interior paint.

Bathrooms: laying of ceramic tiles on the floor and wet areas (shower). In the rest,

painting.

The layout of the installation will be executed according to the calculations and design

made in the Executive Project, based on the Low Voltage Regulations and the relevant Technical Instructions.

The lighting will be by means of LEDs. The number of light points will be proportional

to the surface area of the dwelling.

Number of light points and switches included according to the project to comply with CTE standards.

Includes hydraulic and electrical pre-installation, tiles in wet areas, and an allocation of €3,000.00 for furniture without appliances.
